2.2 Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and color when placing an order.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 An order is final once full payment has been received.
3.2 After a successful order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3.3 After payment, the customer is solely responsible for the product. Nova Grace cannot be held liable for loss, damage, or misuse of the product after delivery.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of unforeseen circumstances or stock issues.
4. Delivery
4.1 Orders can be delivered to an address provided by the customer or to a designated pick-up point.
4.2 The customer is responsible for collecting the package from the pick-up point within the indicated time frame.
4.3 If a package is not collected and is returned to Nova Grace, additional shipping costs may apply for re-sending.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 At Nova Grace, we offer free returns within 30 days of receipt.
5.2 Return Conditions:
The product must not be worn, washed, or damaged.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
5.3 Once a returned product is received by us, it will be destroyed for environmental reasons. Therefore, returned products cannot be sent back to the customer.
5.4 Returns of worn, damaged, or unclean items will not be accepted.
5.5 The cost of sending back the return package is the responsibility of the customer.
6. Warranty and Liability
6.1 If a product is defective upon arrival, the customer must contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
6.2 Nova Grace is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product by the customer.

8. Complaints and Disputes
