Shipping and Delivery – Nova Grace

At Nova Grace, we ensure that your order is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below, you'll find all the information about our shipping and delivery process.

1. Shipping Information

1.1 Fast Processing: Orders placed before 11:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 11:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

1.2 Delivery Times: Our standard delivery time is 5-10 business days.

1.3 Shipping Options: Home delivery via our shipping partner. Delivery to a pick-up point if selected during checkout.

2. Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping.

3. Delivery

3.1 Home Delivery or Pick-up Point: If you choose home delivery, your order will be delivered to the address you provided by our shipping partner. Ensure that the address is correct when placing your order.

If you choose delivery to a pick-up point, you will receive a notification once your package is ready for pickup.

3.2 Unavailable at Delivery: If you are not at home during delivery, the courier usually leaves a message with further instructions.

In many cases, you can pick up the package later at a designated pick-up point.

3.3 Responsibility After Delivery:Once your package has been delivered (either to your home or to a pick-up point), the customer assumes responsibility for the product. Nova Grace cannot be held liable for loss or damage after delivery.

4. Track & Trace

4.1 After placing your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link. This allows you to follow the status of your package until delivery.

5. Delayed Delivery

5.1 While we strive to deliver orders on time, exceptions may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (such as courier delays or bad weather).

5.2 If your order is delayed by more than 10 business days, please contact our customer service.

6. Important Information

6.1 Nova Grace is not responsible for:

Delayed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Failure to pick up packages from pick-up points in a timely manner.

6.2 If a package is returned to Nova Grace because it was not picked up or contains an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply for re-shipping.
